- **Workflow consolidation.** Replace the patchwork of SaaS dashboards with a focused interface tuned to how a team actually works.
- **Discovery & strategy engagements.** Two-week scoped engagements that map the real workflow, surface bottlenecks, and scope the rebuild.

1. **Listen.** Two weeks shadowing the operators who do the work.
2. **Map.** Workflow diagrams, friction points, an honest scope.
3. **Build.** Designed and engineered by the same hands.
4. **Hand off.** The client owns the result. Retainer is optional.

## Who this is for

Mid-market operators (logistics, distribution, services, light manufacturing) where a handful of people run the day across too many tools and the cost shows up as context-switching, missed work, and slow onboarding for new staff.

## Who this is not for

Pure consumer products, ad-tech, anything requiring a heavy regulatory practice we don't yet hold (HIPAA, PCI Level 1, etc.). We will say so.
